Esta semana que volvemos a una de las ciudades con más encanto, Sevilla (para un evento con INDI & CO, que podréis seguir en nuestras redes sociales!), queremos recordar el maravilloso hotel donde nos quedamos en nuestra última visita. Fue en el Hotel Alcoba del Rey, un hotel boutique realmente precioso en el centro de Sevilla, justo al lado de la Basílica de la Macarena. A pesar de saber que estaba en el Top 20 de tripadvisor y de leer muchos buenos comentarios sobre él, nos sorprendió muchísimo más. Ya que por algo más de 100€ por noche con desayuno incluido, ofrece una estancia lujosa y super agradable en todos los sentidos, una experiencia inolvidable.

Taking advantage we are coming back this week to one of the most lovely city, Seville (we are attending to an event with INDI & CO, so you could follow it in our social networks!), we want to remember the wonderful hotel in which we stay in our last visit. This was in Hotel Alcoba del Rey, a boutique hotel really nice in the centre of Seville, close to La Macarena Church. Even knowing this hotel is in the Top 20 in tripadvisor and reading a lot of good comments about it, we were surprised more when we stayed there. So, only for some more of 100€ per night breakfast included, they offer you a luxury stay and super nice in all the senses, an unforgettable experience.









Como se encuentra en la antigua casa del Rey poeta Al-Mutamid, la decoración de estilo árabe mantiene su espíritu. Cosa que nos vino genial porque fue nuestra parada antes de empezar nuestro viaje a Marrakech donde nos quedamos en el Riad Be Marrakech como os contamos en este post. Además fue justo antes de Navidad y la decoración fue aun más preciosa, como podéis ver en estas fotos. Luego continuamos con las habitaciones y la magnífica terraza!!

As the hotel is located just in the old house of the poet King Al-Mutamid, the decoration is arabic style maintains his spirit. This was also great, since it was our first stop before starting our trip to Marrakech where we stayed in the Riad Be Marrakech as we tell you in this post. In addition, it was just before Christmas and the decoration was even more beautiful, as you can see in these pictures. Below we will show more about the rooms and the wonderful terrace!!














Por otro lado las habitaciones tienen un encanto especial, también decoradas conforme al resto del entorno, y verdaderamente son de cuento. Nosotros nos quedamos en una de las Habitaciones Románticas, la Rey Al-Mutamid. Tenía una cama extra grande con un colchón y almohadas comodísimos, dos lavabos y una ducha realmente especial!!! Realmente recomendable para una escapada romántica :-)

On the other hand, the rooms have a special charm, also decorated in concordance to the rest of the environment of the hotel, and really like a story. We stayed in one of the Romantic Rooms, the one called Rey Al-Mutamid (Al-Mutamid King). It was an king bed with a very comfy mattress and pillows, two sinks and a shower so special!!! Really recommended for a romantic stay :-)

Y finalmente, la terraza!! Es realmente un lujo hasta en pleno invierno!! Pudimos disfrutar de un baño relajante en el jacuzzi que nos pareció fantástico. Además por la mañana viene estupenda para disfrutar del fantástico sol sevillano. Lo único que la terraza chill out está realmente operativa en temporada así que tendremos que ir en primavera para disfrutar 100% de ese ambiente que tiene que ser genial!

And finally, the terrace!! It is really a luxury even in winter!! We could enjoy of a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi, which was fantastic. Also, in the morning it is nice to enjoy of the wonderful sun in Seville. The chill out rooftop is really open in warm season, so we will have to come back in spring to enjoy 100% of that environment that has to be great!  

Terminamos con la comida realmente sabrosa que tomamos tanto en la cena en el Bar de Tapas "El Rincón de Rosita", como en el desayuno. En ambos los sabores fueron auténticamente tradicionales. En el desayuno, a pesar de que llegamos bastante tarde pues nos hicimos los remolones antes de nuestro vuelo a Marrakech, aun quedaba de todo. Nos tomamos dos zumos naturales y dos cafés que nos dejaron como nuevos y además dos tostadas de pan calentito con tomate triturado y aceite de oliva virgen y un montón de embutidos de alta calidad. En la cena probamos sus famosas albóndigas de choco, un salomorejo y un pastel de berenjenas que estaba delicioso. Además de que el vino y las aceitunas fueron estupendos!!

We end with the food so tasty we had in the Tapas Bar for dinner, and in "El Rincón de Rosita" ("The Rosita Corner") the breakfast. In both, the flavors were traditional authentic. In the breakfast, we arrieved late, since we wanted to enjoy the nice room before our flight to Marrakech, but still we could have a full breakfast. We had two orange natural juices and two coffees, and we felt like new, and also two toasted bread with crushed tomatoes and olive oil, as well as lots of high quality sausages. At the dinner, we tried their famous fish meatballs (a special fish called “choco”), a salomorejo (like a tomato soup very typical in Andalusian), and eggplant cake which was delicious. The wine and olives were also great!!

En resumen recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel boutique y más aún si estás pensando en una escapada romántica en esta maravillosa ciudad.
