Como recordaréis, después del las vacaciones de verano os traíamos este post donde os mostrábamos uno de nuestros outfits que llevábamos para la semana de la moda masculina de Milán y del que nos hicimos las fotos en el fabuloso hotel donde nos hospedábamos, el Hotel Cavour. Pues hoy os vamos a describir lo ideal que es este hotel para disfrutar totalmente de Milán!

As you could remember, after the summer holidays we came back with this post where we showed one of our outfits we wore for the Milan men fashion week  and we did the photos in the fabulous hotel where we were hosted, the Hotel Cavour. Well, today we are going to describe how amazing this hotel is to fully enjoy Milan!





Lo escogimos porque además de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas al que no le falta un detalle su localización es inmejorable. Está muy céntrico y se puede ir andando apenas 1 km (menos de 15 minutos) al corazón de Milan donde se encuentra la catedral (Duomo), la galería Vittorio Emanuel o el teatro de La Scala. Además el Hotel Cavour tiene paradas de Metro y de Tranvía muy cercanas, pudiendo llegar con transporte público a la estación de tren en unos 10 minutos o a la zona del río (Naviglio) que está bastante alejada del centro en menos de media hora. Además la zona de la Plaza Cavour es bastante animada con tiendas y restaurantes, por lo que  como decimos el emplazamiento es excelente.

We chose it because, in addition to have 4 stars and being a cozy hotel with a high quality, its location is excellent. It is very near to the city center and we could walk only 1 km (less than 15 minutes) to the heart of Milan where the cathedral (Duomo), Vittorio Emanuele gallery or theater La Scala are placed. Furthermore, Hotel Cavour has also Metro and Tram stops very close. Then it is possible to go by public transport to the train station in about 10 minutes or to the river area (Naviglio) which is quite far from the center in less than half an hour. Besides the Cavour Square area it is quite lively with shops and restaurants, so as we say the location is wonderful.













Y si la ubicación del Hotel Cavour es genial, los interiores del hotel son maravillosos. Nuestra habitación era muy grande con una cama gigante y super cómoda. Además muy luminosa gracias al ventanal que tenía. Y el baño es lo más, tenía hasta  una televisión bajo el espejo del lavabo!!! Pero lo mejor era la ducha!! Ideal para relajarse con las luces de colores y además tenía un banco de piedra para poder sentarse y descansar. La televisión y el escritorio también estaban muy bien y además la WiFi llegaba estupendamente, cosa que agradecemos muchísimo. Por último el armario también estaba muy bien para poder poner todos nuestros looks que llevamos en la semana de la moda.

And if the Hotel Cavour location is great the deco and the rooms are wonderful. Our room was very large with a giant and super comfortable bed. it was also very lighting thanks to its large window. And the bathroom was the best,  it had  a television under the mirror!!! But the best of best was the shower!! Perfect for relaxing with the colored lights in its a stone bench. The TV and desk were also very good and the WiFi works perfectly, which we appreciate very much. Finally the closet was also really good to put all our looks that we were the fashion week.











El lobby también era muy grande y cómodo con sofás, sillones y un bar para disfrutar de un buen aperitivo. Además la decoración era muy auténtica, podéis ver más fotos del lobby y demás fotos comunes en este post. Arriba del lobby estaba el salón de desayuno, que no podía estar más bueno!!! Había de todo, muy completo, croissants, zumos, muesli, dulces y un largo etcétera como podéis ver en las fotos. Lo disfrutamos muchísimo y nos daba energía para todo el día!! Así que lo recomendamos totalmente. Además hay ofertas en las que las habitaciones con desayuno salen por 100-200€ la noche, cosa que es de agradecer ya que Milán es una ciudad muy cara y más con la alta calidad del Hotel Cavour.


The lobby was also very large and comfortable with sofas, armchairs and a bar to enjoy a drink. In addition, the deco it was very authentic. You can see more pictures from the lobby and other hotel areas in this post. Above the lobby was the breakfast room, which could not be more tasty!!! There was everything, very complete, croissants, juices, muesli, sweets and so on as you can see in the photos. We liked it very much and set us up nicely for the day!! So we highly recommend it! There are deals where breakfast included rooms are between 100-200€ the night, which is welcome because Milan is a very expensive city and the Hotel Cavour has a very high quality.
