¿Preparando ya las vacaciones de verano? Pues aquí os dejamos uno de nuestras apuestas veraniegas, que el año pasado realizamos de casualidad, preparándola justo el mismo día de vuelo desde el aeropuerto!! Y es que estando a principios de Septiembre listos para coger un vuelo a Egipto, debido a un error por parte de la empresa que teníamos que promocionar allí y que compró nuestros vuelos, no pudimos finalmente volar. Así que para no volvernos a casa con las maletas hechas, miramos posibles vuelos baratos ese mismo día y vimos uno a Roma. Y con las ganas que teníamos de conocer la costa amalfitana, no nos lo pensamos, preparamos para estar 3 diitas en Roma y luego coger un coche de alquiler en Centauro para llegar hasta Nápoles y probar todas las pizzerías míticas y de allí a pasar las mejores vacaciones de verano en Amalfi. Así que en este post os dejamos algunas de las tips o consejos prácticos para que podáis disfrutar de la costa Amalfitana. Are you preparing the summer holidays? Here we leave you one of our favs trips we did unexpectedly past year. We had just one day to prepare the trip, just in the same day we bought the flight being in the airport! The first day of September being ready to take a flight to Egypt we couldn't fly, because a mistake of the company who bought the flights. So we didn't want to come back home and we search for cheap flights for the same day and we saw one to Rome. So we decided to be there some days and then to rent a car in Centauro to arrive to Naples to eat pizzas and then to have the best summer vacations in Amalfi. So here we leave you some of the tips in order you can enjoy the Amalfi coast. At the end of the post we leave you the link to the highlight stories of this trip.

Transporte: 

• Uno de los aeropuertos más cercanos es Nápoles. Positano está a 1 hora y media del aeropuerto.
• El aeropuerto de Roma también está muy bien para ir allí, y fue donde volamos nosotros. De Roma a Positano hay 3 horas y media si no hay mucho tráfico.
• Para moverse entre las ciudades de Amalfi lo mejor alquilar un coche, como el que alquilamos nosotros de Centauro Rent a Car en el aeropuerto de Roma. 
• Nos habían dicho que la carretera de Amalfi era muy peligrosa, porque hay muchas curvas y algunos conductores de buses un poco locos. Pero no tuvimos problemas. Es sencillo conducir de una ciudad a otra y con un buen coche y teniendo cuidado sin prisas, es perfecto. Ya sabéis lo que nos encantan los roadtrips. 
• Hay que tener en cuenta el tráfico especialmente en verano. Las distancias no son largas pero se pueden pasar horas en la carretera. Así que mirad antes de ir de una ciudad a otra Google maps.
• Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es el aparcamiento. Puede ser muy caro aparcar en la calle o parkings. Y no vas a necesitar el coche para ir a la playa o andar por allí. Así que lo mejor es tener un hotel con parking incluido y dejarlo allí los días que no vayas a salir a otro pueblo. Os dejamos más abajo recomendaciones de alojamientos baratos

Transport: 

• One of the convenient airport is Naples. Positano is 1 hour and a half from the airport.
• Rome airport is also ok, we flight there, from Rome you drive 3:30 and you can visit the city of love!
• In order to move between the Amalfi towns is very convenient to rent a car. So after spend some days in Rome we rented one in the Centauro Rent a Car company of the airport. 
• Some people told us that the road was dangerous, because of the amount of curves and crazy bus drivers. But it was ok for us, having a good car as the one of Centauro and driving carefully, it is perfect.
• You have to take into account the traffic jams specially in summer. The distances aren’t long but you could spend hours between two cities. So take a look at google maps.
• Another thing to have in mind is the parking. To park in the street or in private parkings can be expensive And you don’t need the car to go to the beach and to move inside. So it is better to book an hotel with parking included and leave it there the days you don’t go outside the town. Below we give you two recommendations
