RUTA EN COCHE POR LAS MEJORES PLAYAS DE ALGARVE

Al igual que hicimos con la ruta por la Costa Amalfitana, aquí os dejamos otra de nuestras apuestas de viajes para el verano, una ruta en coche para visitar las mejores playas del Algarve. Ya sabéis lo que nos gustan los roadtrips, pero es que además en el Algarve es fundamental ir a tu aire con la libertad que te da un coche para ir parando aquí y allá. Nosotros nos alquilamos un coche en Centauro Rent a Car desde Málaga, que también tiene oficinas en el aeropuerto de Faro, el mejor aeropuerto para comenzar una ruta por la costa sur de Portugal. La experiencia con Centauro es siempre genial, con buenos precios y un servicio atento y amable. Así que además de esta recomendación de recorrer el Algarve con coche, os dejamos aquí unos tips para que vuestro viaje sea genial.

You know how we like the road trips, but in Algarve this is mandatory, to be able to stop anywhere. We rented a car from Centauro Rent a Car in Malaga, but they can be rented also in Faro airport, the main airport of Algarve area. Comidas: Nuestra mejor recomendación para comer bien en Algarve (y en todo Portugal) es ir donde van los portugueses, aunque no sean sitios muy glamurosos. Se come barato, muy bien y mucha comida. Y en particular en el Algarve:
- Nos comimos el mejor Pollo Piri-Piri en O Casarao (en Armação de Pêra) y el mejor Arroz de Mariscos en en Os Lambertos (en Lagos).
- Si quieres un ambiente más chic y comida de alta calidad, te recomendamos que pruebes los restaurantes del Anantara Vilamoura: Restaurante Ria, Emo y Puro Beach.
- Come muchas Bolinhas de Nutella en la playa y todos los Pastelillos de Belem que puedas!
Food & Drink: Our best recommendation to eat well in Algarve (and in all Portugal) is to find the places where the local goes, even tho they are not very well decorated and could seem pretty basic. No problem, you will eat a lot to the most high quality food and very cheap:
- We ate he best Chicken Piri-Piri in O Casarao (in Armação de Pêra) and the best Seafood Rice in Os Lambertos (in Lagos).
- If you want a cool environment and high quality food we recommend you to try the restaurants of the Anantara Vilamoura: Restaurante Ria, Emo, and Puro Beach
- Eat a lot of Bolinhas de Nutella in the beach and all the Pasteis de Nata you can!!!
Dónde dormir: Algarve es bastante grande, así que lo primero es elegir en qué ciudades/pueblos quieres pasar la noche y moverte por las playas cercanas todos los días. Aquí dejamos los pueblos que elegimos y en qué hoteles pasamos las noches (un par de noches en cada uno):
